A sitemap is useless if Google cannot find it, so
Rapid Sitemaps offers this feature so that you can
upload your file to your live server. The Notify Google
feature will refuse to notify Google of a file that it
cant find, so you should always upload your file before
notifying Google.
Select File / Upload Sitemap using FTP, click CTRL-U
or click the toolbar button with this image
to open the Upload File dialog box
Click Add Files to add your sitemap files to the list
for upload. If you have already saved your sitemap and
URL list files, these files will already appear in the
file list. To remove files from the list, select them,
and click Remove.
